Systematic legislative agenda

The search for a comprehensive legislation strategy has been futile after a two day search. After visiting with Congressman Boozman (R, AR) this evening, it appears that there is a need for a comprehensive plan of legislation. Single issue groups draft legislation for particular issues.
Off the top of my head, a four step process must be considered...
1. Set the agenda such as Heritage Foundations ten issues or Gingrich's contract with America.
2. Determine the systematic legislation plan needed to achieve the goals.
3. Seek existing legislation from special interest groups that fit the plan or arrange to have new legislation drafted.
4. Match legislation with Congressmen to seek sponsorship and completion of bill.

Why conservatives are losing America

I have begun my search for a conservative organization that specializes in laying out a legislative agenda and path to lead America back to greater individual freedom and responsibilty.

There is no lack of conservative watch dogs keeping us informed and alarmed about what the liberals are doing. There is no lack of conservative organizations recommending liberal legislation to oppose.

The lack of conservative organizations writing legislation for the purpose of fulfilling a systematic agenda to achieve conservative goals explains why conservatives is losing America.

What is conservatism?

The American Conservative Union (ACU) has an excellent line of up books for those interested in learning about conservatism at http://www.conservative.org/acuf/.
